Thanks for a really good game last friday.

we should be able to finish up The Hook Mountain Massacre tonight, if we have a productive session.

characters should be well into 9th level when we are done

Well I am of the opinion that we need to find Shalaylu (SP?) as she seems to have more details on what is going on with the giants, failing that I say we have our ranger track the gaints back to whatever camp they have and try and finish them off/get more info.

I can't find the thread that we use to discuss the Pathfinder adventure we are on right now, So I'm gonna post in here. Fix me if I'm wrong.

Okay, it should always make everyone nervious when the DM starts dishing out tips to stay alive. Laughing

I'd be willing to take an invisible fly around the valley. Do we have anyone that can polymorph? Invisibility might not last long enough.

Best idea I can think of is a Windwalker spell... but that's over our head... Sad

Does our Wizard have shrink? We can have him cast it on the eagle and the ranger can cast speak with animals.

Then we let the eagle go, and since it's shrunk, it will be much harder to notice. He scouts around, speaks with his master and wa la! We storm the castle, save the princess, and live happily ever after. Laughing

Unless the princess turns out to be an ugly giant. Then we can kill that so it doesn't procreate more ugliness. Wink

No shrink or polymorph here... I do have fly and invisibility... However both are somewhat short on duration... There is a good chance I am taking overland flight for my level up... Combine that with invisibility, and I may be able to chain invisibility myself to scout...

That would work. I'm just trying to test the fences and see what kinds of options we have. Don't want to run into an army of giants, but of course we have to find some way to get inside that place.

A dragon in the area would pose a problem with any plan that involves invisibility though, as you know. So I'm a little worried about that too.
