I rolled my stats. (I used excel rather than dice, but there was randomness)
it is possible to do it with no dice rolling though. |

careful attack is pretty weak. you might want to swap it for something else.
you have also still included your strength bonus into the damage for careful attack, when you shouldn't. |

| you also didn't take armor splinter as your 13th level ranger power. It combines nicely with blade cascade. (which is being discussed as the only truly broken power in 4e) |
