| my favorite thing about 4e is that PCs and NPCs/monsters don't have to follow the same rules and they have made encounter design much easier on the GM. It won't take hours to stat up monsters in order to make sure they follow the rules. |

| my least favorite thing is how it is becoming World of Dungeons and DragonsCraft. First we have the class roles (defender, Leader, Striker and Controller) then we get level dependent magic items (can't wear a ring till you are 10th level) and now we get the "Marked" condition which is Aggro in DnD. |
